There's some noisy music like noise, then a loud bleep is heard, then a man comes on saying "Hello", then he hangs up. He calls from different 614 area code numbers, always the same noisy music noise (quick note like) then that loud bleep, then the same man speaking. Another web site with complaints state caller is using something to hide the real phone number he's calling from, they call this phone number a spoofed phone number which means fake, so you can't track them.
